VoicED Education Satisfaction Tracker
The VoicED Education Satisfaction Tracker (VEST) is published monthly and tracks satisfaction levels of professionals across the UK education sector.
The VEST results can provide a valuable bench-marking tool for local authorities and individual educational institutions. You can buy VEST as an annual subscription, or as a one off purchase. There is also a cost saving to be made through combining a subscription to VEST with purchase of a question in our regular omnibus surveys.
The VoicED Education Satisfaction Tracker includes details on satisfaction with:
- Government policies
- Current curriculum
- Continuing professional development
- Pay and remuneration
- Student behaviour and institutional support with issues
- Support in working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Recognition and praise
- Likelihood to continue working in education
- Overall satisfaction in current role
The survey details responses by region, local authority, gender and age. For teaching staff we also look at institution type (from nurseries through to higher education staff) and subject level.
In addition to providing quantitative ‘top line’ figures, the VEST report also includes selected verbatim comments which illustrate the reasons for the opinions held, and help put some flesh on the research skeleton. The report also comes with a full list of all verbatim comments collected. A sample copy of a report for our latest education satisfaction tracker, utilising a smaller base, will soon be available to download from this website.
