Exam Boards Market Research
We regularly conduct research with exam boards and count a range of boards among our past and current clients. Our projects include qualitative and quantitative research studies, recruitment only, desk research and international mixed-methodology research.
Example Exam Board Market Research
We have worked with our exam board clients to cover a range of topics, from branding and perceptions, to customer satisfaction, market entry and developing new courses. We work across both traditional academic and vocational subject topics, as well as being able to offer global access to senior decision makers through our in-house telephone unit.
Through the VoicED Panel, we are able to offer large sample sizes to understand the views of teachers and senior leaders within schools, and what they believe are the key elements of interacting with exam boards in terms of customer service and expectations around the quality and consistency of marking for instance, as well as their likelihood to change exam board and what might drive these changes in the future.
We believe that our outputs are of a very high quality, and we can produce insight which is easily digestible and provides clear actions for research stakeholders.
We recently conducted small scale piece of research looking in to why individuals who had left an exam board decided to change. The base size for this project is small and is intended to spark conversations and debate – it should not be seen as a conclusive piece of research. However, we believe the results provide an interesting insight to the thought process of teachers in this position.
